葡萄糖氧化酶法葡萄糖氧化酶法原理如下: 葡萄糖被葡萄糖氧化酶氧化生成葡萄糖酸和H2O2,H2O2又經(jīng)辣根過氧化物酶作用,合成出氧,將無色的4-氨基安替比林和苯酚偶聯(lián)氧化,并縮合成紅色醌亞胺,其顏色深淺與葡萄糖濃度呈正比,在530 nm下的吸收峰度值會隨葡萄糖濃度的加而增加。應(yīng)用這一原理能夠測定葡萄糖含量。

They first synthesized a stable and water-soluble polyacrylic acid-modified CeO_2 NPs, and found that CeO_2 NPs could catalyze the oxidation of H_2O_2, showing the catalytic activity of peroxidase mimicking enzyme. Under the optimum conditions, the linear response range for glucose was 0.5-10 mmol/L, and the detection limit was 0.1 mmol/L. For 1.0 mmol/L glucose, 11 parallel measurements were stopped, and the relative standard deviation was 2.4%. Even if the concentration of fructose, lactose and maltose is as high as 5 mmol/L, it will not interfere with the determination of glucose and has high selectivity.
無酶型葡萄糖電化學(xué)法:無酶葡萄糖電化學(xué)法也是不運用葡萄糖氧化酶的葡萄糖測定辦法,具有較高的穩(wěn)定性、良好的重現(xiàn)性和本錢低廉等特性,近年來得到了快速開展。目前,曾經(jīng)有單一金屬( Pt,Pd,Au 等) 、雙金屬( Pt-Au,Pt-Pb,Pt-Ru,Pt-Bi,Pt-Ti 等) 及碳納米管、碳纖維、介孔碳等納米資料被用于無酶型葡萄糖電化學(xué)傳感器的研制。經(jīng)過電化學(xué)堆積的辦法將Pt-Pd 雙金屬納米粒子堆積在裂解碳納米管修飾的電極外表上,制備了Pt-Pd /UCNTs 無酶葡萄糖傳感器。該傳感器對0~20 mmol /L濃度范圍內(nèi)的葡萄糖有良好的響應(yīng),不受Cl u等物質(zhì)的干擾,表現(xiàn)了良好的選擇性。
