（一）發(fā)酵工業(yè)
(1) Fermentation industry
微生物的生長需求適宜的碳氮比，葡萄糖作為微生物的碳源，是發(fā)酵培育基的主料，如抗生素、味精、維生素、氨基酸、有機(jī)酸、酶制劑等都需大量運(yùn)用葡萄糖，同時(shí)也可用作微生物多聚糖和有機(jī)溶劑的原料。

Glucose, as the carbon source of microorganisms, is the main raw material of fermentation culture medium, such as antibiotics, monosodium glutamate, vitamins, amino acids, organic acids, enzymes and so on. It also can be used as the raw material of microbial polysaccharides and organic solvents.

結(jié)晶葡萄糖作為一種食品及飲料甜味劑，用來進(jìn)步食物的甜味、口感和色澤。同時(shí)可以堅(jiān)持食物中的水份不易揮發(fā)，

葡萄糖在工業(yè)上的應(yīng)用也很廣，在印染制革工業(yè)中作復(fù)原劑，在制鏡工業(yè)、熱水瓶膽鍍銀及玻璃纖維鍍銀等化學(xué)鍍銀工業(yè)也常用葡萄糖作復(fù)原劑。

(4) Synthesis and transformation
葡萄糖具有簡單的化學(xué)構(gòu)造，能進(jìn)一步合成其他化工產(chǎn)品，如葡萄糖酸鈉。因而，葡萄糖在工業(yè)上應(yīng)用極廣，包括塑料制品、肥皂、殺蟲劑、火柴等。
Glucose has simple chemical structure and can be further synthesized into other chemical products, such as sodium gluconate. Therefore, glucose is widely used in industry, including plastic products, soap, pesticides, matches and so on.
