3、整個(gè)發(fā)酵過(guò)程約需20h,當(dāng)殘?zhí)墙?g/L時(shí)可以認(rèn)為發(fā)酵結(jié)束，菌體與發(fā)酵液分離后，發(fā)酵液經(jīng)真空濃縮、結(jié)晶可得葡萄糖酸鈉晶體，或經(jīng)噴霧干燥后制得工業(yè)葡萄糖粉產(chǎn)品。
