1、溫度:溫度是影響整個水處理專用葡萄糖的首要環(huán)境要素,各種微生物都在特定規(guī)模的溫度內(nèi)成長。生化處置的溫度規(guī)模在10~40℃,溫度適宜在20~30℃。任何微生物只能在必定溫度規(guī)模內(nèi)生計,在適合的溫度規(guī)模內(nèi)可很多成長繁衍。在污泥培育時,污水處理專用葡萄糖要將它們置于適宜溫度條件下,使微生物以更快的成長速率成長,過低或過高的溫度會使代謝速率緩慢、成長速率也緩慢,過高的溫度對微生物有致死效果。

4、懸浮物質(zhì)SS:污水中富含很多的懸浮物,經(jīng)過預(yù)處置懸浮物已大多數(shù)去掉,但也有有些不能降解,曝氣時會構(gòu)成浮渣層,但不影響體系對污水的處置。

5、溶解氧量DO:好養(yǎng)的生化細菌屬于好氧性的。氧對好氧微生物有兩個效果:①在呼吸效果中氧作為結(jié)尾電子受體;②在醇類和不飽和脂肪酸的生物組成中需求氧。且只要溶于水的氧(稱溶解氧)微生物才干使用。
