葡萄糖酸鈉近幾年來在建筑工程混凝土領(lǐng)域中的應(yīng)用效益十分樂觀,我們知道,目前的高層及高層建筑工程建設(shè)中商品混凝土須加入外加劑,但摻入外加劑后,混凝土的坍落度損失比未摻外加劑前更加嚴(yán)重,尤其是摻加減水劑后混凝土的坍落度只能保持十幾分鐘到半小時(shí),給施工隊(duì)造成了困難。這個(gè)問題已有一些研究成果,通常采用的技術(shù)路線有兩類:一類是外加劑摻加方法,另一類是復(fù)合緩凝劑。減水劑與緩凝劑復(fù)合以坍落損失的方法已被普遍接受,該方法的理論基礎(chǔ)是延緩水泥早期化產(chǎn)物的形成達(dá)到抑 制坍落度損失。
