1、溫度:溫度是影響整個(gè)工藝處置的首要環(huán)境要素,各種微生物都在特定規(guī)模的溫度內(nèi)成長。生化處置的溫度規(guī)模在10~40℃,適宜溫度在20~30℃。任何微生物只能在必定溫度規(guī)模內(nèi)生計(jì),在適合的溫度規(guī)模內(nèi)可很多成長繁衍。在污泥培育時(shí),污水處理專用葡萄糖要將它們置于適合溫度條件下,使微生物以快的成長速率成長,過低或過高的溫度會(huì)使代謝速率緩慢、成長速率也緩慢,過高的溫度對(duì)微生物有致死效果。

The temperature scale of biochemical treatment is 10 ~ 40 ℃, and the suitable temperature is 20 ~ 30 ℃. Any microorganism can only survive in a certain temperature scale, and can grow and multiply in a suitable temperature scale. During the cultivation of sludge, the special glucose for sewage treatment should be placed under suitable temperature conditions to make the microorganism grow at a fast growth rate. Too low or too high temperature will make the metabolism rate slow and the growth rate slow. Too high temperature has a lethal effect on the microorganism.
2、pH值:微生物的生命活動(dòng)、物質(zhì)代謝與pH值密切相關(guān)。大多數(shù)細(xì)菌、原生動(dòng)物的適pH值為6.5~7.5,在此環(huán)境中成長繁衍棒,它們對(duì)pH值的習(xí)慣規(guī)模在4~10。而活性污泥法處置廢水的曝氣體系中,作為活性污泥的主體,菌膠團(tuán)細(xì)菌在6.5~8.5的pH值條件下可發(fā)生較多粘性物質(zhì),構(gòu)成杰出的絮狀物。

3、養(yǎng)分物質(zhì):廢水中的微生物要不斷地吸取養(yǎng)分物質(zhì),污水處理專用葡萄糖經(jīng)過分解代謝(異化效果)使雜亂的高分子物質(zhì)或高能化合物降解為簡(jiǎn)略的低分子物質(zhì)或低能化合物,污水處理專用葡萄糖并釋放出能量;經(jīng)過組成代謝(同化效果)使用分解代謝所供給的能量和物質(zhì),轉(zhuǎn)化成本身的細(xì)胞物質(zhì);一起將發(fā)生的代謝廢物排泄到體外。水、碳源、氮源、無機(jī)鹽及成長要素為微生物成長的條件。廢水中應(yīng)按BOD5∶N∶P=100∶5∶1的份額彌補(bǔ)氮源、含磷無機(jī)鹽,污水處理專用葡萄糖為活性污泥的培明杰出的養(yǎng)分條件。

Glucose for wastewater treatment is an excellent nutrient condition for the cultivation of activated sludge.
4、懸浮物質(zhì)SS:污水中富含很多的懸浮物,經(jīng)過預(yù)處置懸浮物已大多數(shù)去掉,但也有有些不能降解,曝氣時(shí)會(huì)構(gòu)成浮渣層,但不影響體系對(duì)污水的處置。

5、溶解氧量DO:好養(yǎng)的生化細(xì)菌屬于好氧性的。氧對(duì)好氧微生物有兩個(gè)效果:①在呼吸效果中氧作為結(jié)尾電子受體;②在醇類和不飽和脂肪酸的生物組成中需求氧。且只要溶于水的氧(稱溶解氧)微生物才干使用。
