1.原理工業(yè)葡萄糖在葡萄糖氧化酶的作用下產生葡萄糖酸和過氧化氫,過氧化氫在過氧化物酶的作用下使鄰聯(lián)甲苯胺生成藍色物質,此有色物質在625nm 波長下與葡萄糖濃度成正比。通過測定藍色物質的吸光度可計算樣品中工業(yè)葡萄糖的含量。
